Marketing Strategy Developer

We are seeking an experienced marketing strategy developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing holistic marketing strategies to build customer destinations through all touchpoints of the customer journey.

The role requires strong collaboration with commercial and digital teams to provide deep insights and thought leadership, influencing category initiatives that demonstrate real value, real solutions, and/or real care for customers and team members.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading marketing efforts to deliver top-performing initiatives, as well as experience in managing best-in-class execution of exclusive brands.

A key aspect of this role is working closely with suppliers to create value and contribute strategic brand leadership to joint business plans with commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives and drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with design studios and production teams to develop high-quality creative assets.
  • Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
  • Communicating marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy development.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in working with design studios and production teams.
