OverviewJoin to apply for the ServiceNow Application Specialist role at Toll Group.Being part of Toll Group, Toll Government & Defence provides specialised logistics services across warehousing and distribution, relocation services and outsourced sourcing and procurement services.The RoleWe're looking for a skilled developer to build and maintain scalable ServiceNow Application solutions that support our business and customer needs.
This is a hands-on role working across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules, with opportunities to innovate and collaborate across teams.ResponsibilitiesDefine solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations.Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.Design workflows, service catalogs, portals, and integrations.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.Maintain and enhance existing applications and performance.Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.Experience with scoped app development and integrations.Familiarity with platform security and compliance.Essential SkillsProficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Sales & Order Management.Hands-on with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and IntegrationHub.Familiarity with update sets, ACLs, and security configuration.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communicator and collaborator across teams.DesirableKnowledge of HTML, CSS, AngularJS or experience with DevOps tools (Aft, CI/CD)Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management.Experience developing scoped applications.What moves you?
