This is a hands-on role working across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules, with opportunities to innovate and collaborate across teams.**To be successful as a ServiceNow Application Specialist you will:*** Define solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations.* Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.* Design workflows, service catalogs, portals, and integrations.* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.* Maintain and enhance existing applications and performance.* Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field* 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.* Experience with scoped app development and integrations.* Familiarity with platform security and compliance.**Skills and Experience:**Essential:* Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.* Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Sales & Order Management.* Hands-on with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and IntegrationHub.* Familiarity with update sets, ACLs, and security configuration.* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.* Effective communicator and collaborator across teams.Desirable:* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AngularJS or experience with DevOps tools (Aft, CI/CD)* Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management.* Experience developing scoped applications.At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
