Job Title

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Rostering Officer to cover our after-hours on-call rostering service. This role will deliver outstanding services to valued clients and community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Manager to identify skills and training requirements for support workers
  • Triage emergency calls to appropriate managers after hours
  • Provide accurate and timely roster schedules to cover sick leave and other leave requirements
  • Assist in the coordination of employee rosters
  • Maintain shift changes and absenteeism to roster
Requirements:
  • Experience in rostering, scheduling or coordination in a high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Be a natural problem solver
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to be professional and maintain confidentiality
