About Our Role
Audika is a world-leading hearing healthcare group that offers solutions and services to help people with hearing loss. We strive to put hearing care on the health care agenda and improve the quality of life of people living with hearing loss.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Book and confirm appointments for clients using our online schedule tool.
- Work with clients to determine their entitlement to government funding assistance and health fund rebates.
- Follow up with existing clients to encourage renewal of the maintenance program.
- Perform hearing screening checks (full training is provided).
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day clinic operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health.
- Experience working with an older demographic, preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey.
- A relevant qualification, such as Higher School Certificate or TAFE certificate.
- Computer literacy skills.
- A valid visa to work in Australia.
