Hearing Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and energetic individual to join our team at the Taylors Lake Clinic. As a customer support specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hearing care services to our customers.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to empathize with customers, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You will be responsible for performing hearing screening checks, maintaining hearing aids, and providing face-to-face and phone-based customer support.
You will also be required to confirm and schedule customer appointments, source external lead generation opportunities, and roll out local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement. Additionally, you will assist our clinics in performing more effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups, and provide administrative support to our Audiologists and the clinic.
