Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists.
- Assist customers in selecting and navigating hearing devices and accessories.
- Ensure seamless customer experiences through resolving concerns and providing top-notch service.
- Engage in local marketing efforts to promote clinics.
- Perform minor hearing aid repairs with training provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service in retail or allied health environments.
- Strong computer literacy skills and ability to learn multiple programs easily (CRM, phone, appointment book management).
- Proven track record in managing competing priorities within a busy environment.
- High attention to detail and solid administration background.
- Positive team-orientated attitude and ability to work autonomously.
