About This Role
You will be responsible for performing hearing screening checks and maintenance, providing customer support, confirming/scheduling appointments, sourcing external lead generation opportunities, rolling-out local marketing initiatives, assisting clinics, and providing administrative support.

In addition to your enthusiasm and passion for helping people, you will ideally have previous experience in a face-to-face customer service/retail role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, good computer skills, and administration experience an advantage.

Has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Has the ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Is able to provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
