About This Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-centric professional to join our team based at our Camberwell Clinic.
- Conduct hearing screening checks and perform hearing aid maintenance (Full training provided)
- Provide face-to-face and phone-based customer support
- Confirm/schedule customer appointments through Diary and Inbox management
- Source external lead generation opportunities and roll-out local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement
- Assist our clinics to perform effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups
- Offer administrative support to our Audiologists and the clinic
About You
If you're someone who excels at offering amazing customer support and client care, then we would love to hear from you.
- Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service/retail role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer skills and be tech savvy
- Sales experience with targets and KPIs preferred
- Previous administration experience is an advantage, however full training will be provided
