This is a standalone payroll role within our HR environment. The position offers flexibility with work from home arrangements and flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end payroll for approximately 300 employees, including processing, auditing, and timekeeping
- Maintain accuracy in payroll data, awards, taxation, and multi-state requirements
- Audit payroll systems to ensure confidentiality and data integrity
- Collaborate with other teams to support payroll-related processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
