About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Professional to join our team for a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant and high-performing payroll team working across a diverse portfolio of clients.

  • End-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a range of clients
  • Reviewing payroll data processed by other team members to ensure accuracy and legislative compliance
  • Providing timely and professional responses to client queries
  • Delivering strong customer service to both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting colleagues with interpretation of awards, agreements, and legislation

Required Skills and Qualifications

You'll bring:

  • At least 2 years of payroll experience
  • Experience using Employment Hero or other payroll platforms
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A strong commitment to client service excellence
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
