We are seeking a motivated individual to join our finance team at our Tomago office on a full-time basis.

This role requires a high standard of professionalism, accuracy, and time management. A friendly, approachable demeanor is also essential.

\Responsibilities Include:\

  • Timely and accurate processing of employee wages and related company payments.\
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, including salary adjustments and leave balances.\
  • Supporting month-end and year-end payroll reconciliations.\
  • Providing exceptional customer service to staff and management regarding payroll matters.\
  • Responding to payroll-related enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.\
  • Assisting with process improvements, automation, and simplification initiatives.\
  • Performing general payroll administration and data entry tasks.\
