Customer Service Representative

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver premium service, respond promptly and professionally to customers' needs and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering world-class customer experiences
- Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- High level data entry skills, strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent prioritising and organisational skills
- Confident problem-solving skills
- Experience operating in a high-performing customer service-focused operation
- Intermediate skills in MS Office applications

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 5:00pm with occasional Saturday shifts paid as overtime (approximately one in every six weeks).

Our working hours are designed to ensure our team members have a healthy work-life balance. We expect our team members to be available for regular business hours and occasional overtime as required.
