Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders and payments, and advising customers on product usage and delivery.

You will also be responsible for managing debtor accounts, processing creditor invoices, and scheduling changes. Additionally, you will assist other functions within the organization as directed by management.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated relevant clerical and administrative experience
  • Highly developed verbal, telephone and written communication skills
  • Ability to liaise and consult with internal and external clients
  • Initiative, organizational skills and flexibility
  • Experience to identify and deal effectively with difficult situations and conflict
  • Sound and relevant computer and keyboard skills
