Senior Project Officer Assets and Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Officer to join our team at Legal Aid NSW. As a Senior Project Officer, you will play a key role in the delivery of our infrastructure projects, working closely with stakeholders and service providers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide project management support and guidance to ensure projects meet key objectives
- Engage and oversee service providers to deliver high-quality project outcomes
- Coordinate project stakeholders and project-level functions to ensure effective project delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed
- Tertiary qualifications in project management or a related field
- Significant experience working in end-to-end building infrastructure project management or facility management roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven project management skills, with experience in coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail
