Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Director to manage the comprehensive delivery of new construction, refurbishment, and redevelopment initiatives within the Health sector initially, with the potential to broaden your expertise across various sectors.

This position will necessitate regular travel to regional areas in NSW.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the scope of work.
  • Managing the design, tender, and procurement processes.
  • Engaging with contractors and consultants.
  • Supervising construction and delivery phases.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing contract management, variations, and claims.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director in delivering comprehensive projects within a Consulting environment.

Additionally, you will need:
  • The capability to grasp the overarching significance of these projects within the social infrastructure domain (for Government projects) or how these developments align with the strategic goals of private organizations (for private sector projects).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster rapport with stakeholders.
  • A keen attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
  • Experience in the design and construction phases of projects within the High-Density Residential sector.
  • A collaborative spirit to work as part of the Project delivery team, ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients.
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Development Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
