Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Director to manage the comprehensive delivery of new construction, renovation, and redevelopment initiatives within the Health sector initially. This position also offers the chance to broaden your expertise across diverse projects in other sectors. The role will necessitate regular travel to regional areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing the scope of work.
  2. Managing the design, tender, and procurement processes.
  3. Engaging with contractors and consultants.
  4. Supervising construction and delivery phases.
  5. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Overseeing contract management, variations, and claims.
Candidate Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director, successfully delivering end-to-end projects within a consulting framework. Additionally, you will need:

  1. The capability to grasp the broader implications of these projects within the social infrastructure domain (for Government initiatives) or how these developments align with the strategic goals of private entities.
  2. Excellent communication skills with a talent for establishing rapport with stakeholders.
  3. A keen attention to detail and a client-centric approach.
  4. Experience in the design and construction phases of projects, particularly in the High-Density Residential sector.
  5. A collaborative spirit to work within the project delivery team, ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients.
  6. Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Development Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
