Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of public school projects.

These projects will be a mixture of new build, refurbishment, and redevelopment capital works (building) projects.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing scopes of works with clients.
  • Managing the design, tender, and procurement process.
  • Engaging with contractors and consultants.
  • Managing the construction/delivery of projects.
  • Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing contract management, variations, and claims.
Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience as a building Project Manager in New South Wales.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience with the design, procurement, construction, and delivery phase of projects.
  • A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
