Role Overview

Candidate Requirements

  • The capability to grasp the overarching context of how these projects align with social infrastructure objectives (for Government projects) or how they influence the strategic goals of private entities (for private sector projects).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with stakeholders.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
  • Experience in the design and construction phases of projects, particularly in the High-Density Residential sector.
  • A collaborative spirit, contributing to the Project delivery team to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients.
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Development Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
