Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Director to manage the comprehensive delivery of new construction, renovation, and redevelopment initiatives primarily within the Health sector. This role offers the chance to broaden your expertise across various sectors. Weekly travel to regional areas in NSW will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the scoping of works.
  • Managing the design, tender, and procurement processes.
  • Engaging with contractors and consultants.
  • Supervising construction and delivery phases.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing contract management, variations, and claims.

Candidate Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess substantial experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director, successfully delivering comprehensive projects within a Consulting environment. Additional requirements include:

  • The capability to grasp the broader implications of these projects within the social infrastructure domain (for Government projects) or how these developments align with the strategic goals of private entities (for private sector projects).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with stakeholders.
  • A keen attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in the design and construction phases of projects, particularly in the High-Density Residential sector.
  • A collaborative spirit to work within the Project delivery team, ensuring outstanding outcomes for clients.
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Development Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
