Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a Project Director to manage the comprehensive delivery of new construction, renovation, and redevelopment projects within the Health sector, with opportunities to extend your expertise into other sectors. This role will involve regular travel to various regional locations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the scope of work.
  • Managing the design, tendering, and procurement processes.
  • Engaging effectively with contractors and consultants.
  • Supervising the construction and delivery phases.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing contract management, including variations and claims.

Candidate Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess substantial experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director, specifically in delivering comprehensive projects within a consulting environment. Additionally, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of how these projects align with broader social infrastructure goals (for government projects) or how they support the strategic objectives of private entities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with stakeholders.
  • A keen attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
  • Experience in the design and construction phases of projects, particularly in the High-Density Residential sector.
  • A collaborative spirit to work effectively within the project delivery team, ensuring outstanding results for clients.
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Development Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
