  • Manage relationships with suppliers for services such as cleaning, waste management, internet, and printing.
  • Address ad-hoc issues as they arise.
  • Oversee the management of loading cages for Australia Post pickups and drop-offs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members.
  • Respond to member requests on a daily basis.
  • Support internal communications via email and project management tools.
  • Assist with planning and execution of community events and workshops.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to engage prospective new members.
  • Conduct thorough member onboarding and inductions.
  • Ensure the maintenance of organized physical and digital paperwork/files.
  • Make a positive contribution to team culture.
  • Provide support to the Community & Operations managers with daily requests.
  • Offer assistance to the Director as needed.
  • Help resolve member issues with team support.
