About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Busways Group as a ZEB Transition Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our electrification strategy and ensuring a seamless transition to electric buses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the ZEB transition project, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement best practices, processes, and systems for electric bus operations.
  • Manage day-to-day project actions, including risk and issue identification and resolution.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure charging systems are ready and aligned with schedules.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure compliance with service delivery standards.
Requirements
  • Strong logic and analytical skills to sense check report outputs and highlight errors.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain and build relationships with clients, external stakeholders, and team members.
  • Experience in property, engineering, or infrastructure fields would be looked on favorably.
  • Proven experience managing diverse projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies, procedures, risk management, and compliance.
