Job Description:Animal Welfare Specialist
Our team enjoys working with animals, providing expert assistance and support during delicate situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Warmly greet clients, provide expert assistance, and support during difficult situations.
- Administrative Support: Answer calls, schedule appointments, prepare invoices, and process payments.
- Operational Duties: Triage consultations, recommend suitable diets, monitor stock control, and maintain clinic cleanliness.
About You:
- Experience working in a busy clinic (desirable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- A proactive mindset with empathy and sensitivity.
- A warm, friendly attitude towards clients and their pets.
