Animal Welfare Advocate

We invite applications from dedicated animal welfare advocates to contribute to our Animal Ethics Committee.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in committee meetings and discussions to review projects involving animals
- Assessing the scientific, ethical, and welfare aspects of research and teaching activities
- Ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and standards
Requirements:
- Established experience in promoting animal welfare
- Good knowledge of general animal welfare context and societal attitudes towards animal treatment
- Able to accept that some animal experiments are necessary, provided alternatives exist
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

As a member of our Animal Ethics Committee, you will play a critical role in ensuring the humane and responsible use of animals in research and teaching.
