Swim Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swim Coach to join our team at Pymble Ladies' College. As a Swim Coach, you will be responsible for implementing training programs, mentoring and training students, and monitoring their progress to improve their technical skills, physical conditioning, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for students and external swimmers
  • Mentor and train students to improve their technical skills and physical conditioning
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to improve performance
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Coach to establish and implement training programs
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle sensitive matters with discretion
Requirements:
  • Competitive strokes license/qualifications
  • Ability to develop and nurture swimmers of all abilities with diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with respect and confidentiality
  • Proven experience in customer service skills and complaint handling
