Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Coatings Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing abrasive blasting operations, industrial and marine spray painting, and protective coatings application.
Key Responsibilities
- Abrasive blasting operations to prepare surfaces for coating
- Industrial and marine spray painting to apply protective coatings
- Protective coatings application to ensure surface durability and longevity
- Application of polyurea coatings to provide additional protection
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar work environment
- Abrasive blasting operations experience
- Industrial and marine spray-painting experience
- Protective coatings application experience
- Extensive experience in airless and conventional spray equipment
- Experience working to set specifications and attention to detail
- MSIC certification
- Able to pass medical examination
Desirable Qualifications
- Cert III in Surface Finishing
- Working at Heights and Confined Space, EWP certification
- Forklift License
