Job Description

As a key member of our organization, the Change Management Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and efficiently by increasing employee adoption and usage. This position focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology.

The primary responsibilities include creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. The Change Management Specialist will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees, ultimately increasing benefit realization, value creation, and achievement of results and outcomes.

Key Accountabilities and Main ResponsibilitiesStrategic Focus:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality change management documentation and artifacts on-time and within budget.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure governance requirements are met.
  • Actively build business knowledge and engage change efforts.
Operational Management:
  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives of project delivery and change management best practices.
Clients/Stakeholder/Risk:
  • Ensure clear, concise, and professional communication with all forums.
Experience & Personal AttributesRequired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
