Job Title: Digital Collaboration Specialist

The Parliament of Victoria is seeking a talented and collaborative Digital Collaboration Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that meet the strategic objectives and digital information needs of the organisation.

As a Digital Collaboration Specialist, you will provide technical guidance and knowledge in developing and supporting an enterprise SharePoint environment. You will also work closely with the Records Management team to implement projects that improve the use of digital information and digital channels across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft SharePoint Online environments and strong written and verbal communication skills. They will also be able to engage with key stakeholders across the business and influence others to adopt new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administration of the intranet and drive implementation of projects to improve the use of digital information and digital channels across the organisation.
  • Work closely with the Records Management team to implement projects that improve the use of digital information and digital channels across the organisation.
  • Provide advanced technical guidance and knowledge in developing and supporting an enterprise SharePoint environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft SharePoint Online environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with key stakeholders across the business and influence others to adopt new technologies.
  • Experience using technologies such as Office 365 online, SharePoint online, MS Teams, OneDrive, PowerApps, Nintex and forms to enhance collaboration across the Parliament.
