We are seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our warehouse operations. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and reconcile any discrepancies
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to track and order inventory items as needed
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and turnover rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse layout and organization to improve efficiency
  • Develop and implement inventory management procedures and best practices
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to forecast future inventory needs and plan for demand fluctuations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an inventory specialist or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
