Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate records of inventory and organize stock in the warehouse at IIQAF. This role involves receiving and unloading incoming stock, inspecting deliveries, and conducting regular stock audits to identify any inventory shortages or errors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and unload incoming stock and ensure all items are properly labeled and stored
  • Inspect and verify the accuracy of incoming deliveries and report any discrepancies
  • Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
  • Conduct regular stock audits to identify any inventory shortages or errors
  • Restock shelves and displays as needed to ensure products are readily available for customers
  • Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and forecasting future needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stock levels are aligned with sales goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or warehouse setting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record and track inventory
  • Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of inventory management software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
