As a Personal Training Manager, you will lead the recruitment, mentoring & training of all club personal trainers. You will also implement and manage national fitness projects within your club, perform key administration tasks, and work collaboratively with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment of trainers who have an appropriate fit for your existing team
- Development of your team members in their practical skill sets and knowledge
- Implementation and management of our national fitness projects within your club
- Certificate IV in Fitness or above
- Fitness Australia registration
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Working with Children check
