About the Role

Clinigen is a rapidly growing global specialty pharmaceutical and services company with a unique combination of businesses. Our divisions operate in a complex global regulatory environment and ensure that vital medicines are delivered securely, on time and wherever they are needed in the world.

Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, driven and ambitious Key Account Manager to be part of our highly successful global team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales territory, key customer relationships and activities to achieve/ exceed territory sales targets.
  • Support marketing activities, identify customer trends and opportunities, and develop annual strategic territory action plans.
  • Engage with HCPs, Clinical Nurses, and Nurse practitioners in Key Hospitals through face-to-face appointments, Department and MDT meetings to provide disease and product education/awareness.
  • Attend industry conferences of relevant therapeutic areas to expand knowledge and communicate key findings to the greater team.
  • Develop strong relationships with KOLs to achieve advocacy.
  • Secondary focus on pharmacy channel and support to ensure sales success.
  • Follow through on customer commitments and requests promptly.
  • Meet or exceed agreed reach and frequency targets with key HCPs.
  • Monitor key financial areas including the recording of monthly sales and expenditure.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated track record of success within Haematology and/or Oncology sales or key account management, with a national focus advantageous.
  • Tertiary qualification in science, health or business fields.
  • Completion of Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program.
  • Demonstrated local experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative/Key Account Manager with specialty medicines focus.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
  • A proven record in business planning with demonstrable sales success.
  • Highly organised with an ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
