Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide daily support and assistance to our clients.

As a support worker, you will play a vital role in helping our clients develop independence, choice, and control over their lives. You will work closely with the client and other support staff to ensure that their needs are met and they have the opportunity to participate fully in community activities and services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be committed to providing high-quality care and support. The successful applicant will have a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent and hold a valid driver's license.

  • Providing daily living support, including assisting with personal care and household tasks.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
  • Supporting clients to attend appointments and participate in community activities.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
