**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker around Greenslopes, Queensland, to join our team, providing essential support to individuals with disabilities or other challenges. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with clients to assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and enhance their overall well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized support to individuals with varying needs
- Help clients with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and household chores
- Encourage and facilitate social interaction and community involvement provide personal support and companionship to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and organizations to ensure seamless care delivery

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or willing to obtain
- 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or Extra needs (desired)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable car
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- First aid and CPR certification or willing to obtain

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.28 per hour
