We are seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers to support our clients with daily living, independence, and community participation.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide personalised support to clients with diverse needs
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores, i.e. cooking and meal preparation.
- Assist clients with trained support dogs
- Support clients to participate in community activities and events
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Location*

- Davoren park

*Requirements:*
- Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, or relevant field
- Experience working in disability support or a related field
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Reliable transportation (desirable)

Pay: $31.06 - $42.00 per hour
