Compassionate Support Worker in Residential Care

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to provide support to our residents with their daily needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist residents with their activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Work collaboratively as part of a care team and demonstrate effective communication skills
  • Complete accurate and timely reporting and documentation based on our policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and promote a positive resident experience

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in a personal care role in residential care (desirable but not essential)
  • Demonstrate good customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
