Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain internal policies, standards, and processes for working with vendors
  • Ongoing optimization of performance while minimizing risks
  • Ensure contracts are executed after thorough due diligence
  • Lead the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) through strong performance management
  • Be the primary point of contact for questions and issues from vendors
  • Maintain long-lasting relationships with both the business and vendors
  • Assess vendor performance to ensure standards are met, replacing vendors if their performance is unsatisfactory
  • Collaborate directly with the Head of Customer Happiness on strategic planning and suggest innovative insights to drive improvements

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in vendor management
  • Proven track record in process improvement
  • Prior experience in telco and e-commerce is preferable
  • A team player who takes ownership of team growth
  • A thorough understanding of financial indicators
  • Ability to draft and manage multiple third-party agreements
  • Experience advising internal clients on contract interpretation and negotiation strategies
  • Ability to identify and address legal and business risks, ensuring compliance with internal policy requirements and regulations
  • Leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
