About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our Mascot Sydney Distribution Centre. As a Dynamic Supply Chain Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies that drive business growth and improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results in a highly regulated environment
  • Collaborate with QE Integrated Planning to ensure accurate forecast plans and with purchasing, freight, warehousing, and event management to execute plans effectively
  • Identify and implement demand supply planning process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and execute supply chain network planning processes to provide greater insight and drive decision-making
  • Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and develop strategy and processes to deliver informed cross-functional business decision-making
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong supply chain experience preferably in planning and inventory management
  • Degree qualifications in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields
  • Relevant experience with long-term planning, capacity planning, and supply network optimisation
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a large team
  • Proven experience in identifying and deploying process improvements
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Superior analytical and data skills
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Ability to think critically in complex situations, deal with ambiguity, and think laterally to problem-solve
  • A solid understanding of the wider supply chain processes
