Knowledge Consultant – Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Consultant to join our Claims & Assessing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the Knowledge Governance Framework is well understood and applied across the Claims & Assessing team.
Key Responsibilities- Knowledge Article Management: Create and maintain knowledge articles and requests within an agreed timeframe.
- Process Documentation: Liaise with key subject experts and stakeholders to gather and document process information.
- Knowledge Development: Develop, deploy, and maintain best practice knowledge to sustain or improve the capability of C&A within expected timeframes.
- Knowledge Management Design: Apply, monitor, and ensure adherence to Knowledge Management design principles for all C&A.
- HIYA Implementation: Collaborate and support the implementation, embedding, and use of HIYA across C&A by building and maintaining relationships with cross-business functions and stakeholders.
- Knowledge Onboarding: Support the Claims & Assessing Knowledge Management Onboarding/Accreditation program with ongoing coaching and mentoring.
- Continuous Improvement: Advocate for HIYA, support the C&A business to review, identify areas for improvement in its knowledge base to sustain or improve the capability of C&A.
- Risk Management: Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks.
- Communication Skills: The ability to work effectively with all levels of business and technical teams, and to be able to tailor your communication style accordingly.
- Technical Writing: Demonstrated experience in technical writing, including producing, reviewing, and documenting to a high standard.
- Complex Information: Proven ability to distil complex information into a clear and logical written format.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and analytical skills, and demonstrated skills in critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
- Time Management: Effective time management, planning, and prioritisation, and the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: The ability to engage, coordinate, and influence a large range of stakeholders.
