High School Guidance Counselor

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for supporting the academic, career, and personal growth of high school students. A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) is required. Certification as a School Counselor is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive counseling programs to promote student success and well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure seamless communication and support for students.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records, staying current on trends and best practices in school counseling.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, teachers, and staff. Experience working in a high school setting, preferably in a Catholic school, is highly valued.
