  • We are seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our team, playing a pivotal role in bridging the gap in allied health services.

The Role:

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical health, movement capacity, and functional goals. They will develop and implement evidence-based, personalised exercise programs for chronic conditions, rehabilitation, and general wellbeing.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and care plans is crucial in this role. Building and sustaining collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers is also essential for strengthening networks and supporting practice growth.

Candidates must have relevant tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Clinical Exercise Science (ESSA accredited), with 3–5+ years of clinical experience working with clients in chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, or functional health programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical health, movement capacity, and functional goals
  2. Develop and implement evidence-based, personalised exercise programs for chronic conditions, rehabilitation, and general wellbeing
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and care plans
  4. Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen networks and support practice growth
  5. Coordinate with external providers to ensure seamless client care within established protocols

Ideal Candidate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Clinical Exercise Science (ESSA accredited)
  • 3–5+ years of clinical experience working with clients in chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, or functional health programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Advanced expertise in exercise prescription and rehabilitation
  • Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery
