Rehabilitation Role Overview

A comprehensive approach to rehabilitation is taken, involving collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support the recovery journey.

The role involves developing, implementing and monitoring tailored rehabilitation plans, providing ongoing support as clients transition back to work or seek new employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct various assessments based on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, workplace, ergonomic, or daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers
  • Prepare detailed reports, review medical files, and maintain accurate case notes through high-quality case management services
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrable clinical reasoning through experience in a registered profession
  • Ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals
  • Passion for supporting individuals in their rehabilitation journey
  • Desirable: occupational rehabilitation experience
