Rehabilitation Consultant

A rewarding opportunity awaits in this holistic rehabilitation role, where you will develop, implement and monitor client-centered care plans.
About the Role:- Support clients through their rehabilitation journey, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional capacity evaluations and worksite assessments, to identify and address client needs.
- Design and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, providing ongoing support and guidance as clients return to work or seek new employment opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including medical specialists and treatment providers, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Deliver high-quality case management services, including report writing and review of medical files, to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Current registration or membership with relevant industry bodies.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling or Nursing.
- Clinical reasoning demonstrable through at least 12 months experience in a registered profession.
- Ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals.
- Passion for helping people rehabilitate and recover.
- Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable but not essential.
