Our ideal candidate will be based at our new Townsville centre, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and drive innovation in service delivery.

About The Role
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical health, movement capacity, and functional goals.
  • Develop personalized exercise programs for chronic conditions, rehabilitation, and general wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers to strengthen networks and support practice growth.

You will work as part of a dynamic team to develop and implement evidence-based care strategies.

About You
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Clinical Exercise Science is essential.
  • Accredited Exercise Physiologist registration is mandatory.
  • 3-5+ years of clinical experience in chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, or functional health programs are preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Advanced expertise in exercise prescription and rehabilitation is highly valued.
