We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive client success, give back to communities and make the world a safer and more secure place to live and work.
About The Role
- Provide regular feedback to National Operations on employee performance.
- Provide regular coaching to Team Leaders on progress against staff objectives.
- Assist with development of employees.
- Monitor operational activities including timely delivery and collection services.
- Ensure all service delivery expectations are met.
- Review workflow to meet production requirements, including volumes and deadlines.
- Streamline work processes to improve efficiency and cost management.
- Monitor accuracy and meeting of KPI's for provided devices.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and assist with resolution where required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legislation.
- Participate in risk management and audit policies and procedures.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Proficient MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to create rapport and strong ongoing relationships.
- Solid knowledge of processing systems.
- High time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Good follow-up.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding and/or experience in banking operations.
- Able to prioritize work and perform under pressure.
