We are looking for a Client Success Officer to join our team. This is a key role that involves working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional client experiences and service delivery.
The Client Success Officer will be responsible for:
- Supporting our client partnership managers in day-to-day client servicing, including coordination of client onboarding, training, adoption, retention and offboarding.
- Acting as the voice of the customer within our organisation, understanding customer behaviour and needs, and communicating these insights to internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for centralised client activities, including proposal support, account plans, contract governance, offboarding and compliance.
- Providing expert support for client queries, identifying issues and implementing corrective action plans to improve future performance.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements to better service our clients through trend analysis and client feedback.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Passion for enabling excellent client outcomes.
- Highly adaptable and motivated individual who can play a key role in a rapidly changing business and industry.
- Proven experience demonstrating a breadth and depth of operational service delivery management.
- Ability to create insightful presentations and experience working with tenders and proposals.
- Understanding of the payments/retail banking environment (highly desirable).
