Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and enthusiastic professional to take on the role of National Automation Sales & Marketing Manager. This position is a full-time opportunity based at our Head Office and may require regular interstate and occasional international travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while meeting sales objectives.
- Execute marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Assess and prioritize specific business opportunities.

- Acquire significant clients and lead project acquisition efforts.
- Oversee customer relationship management processes.
- Facilitate the closing of acquisitions and project sales.
- Spot marketing and promotional opportunities.
- Encourage participation in industry events and exhibitions.
- Formulate regional business strategies.
- Analyze market trends to uncover new business niches.
- Support the creation of business plans aligned with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a diligent professional capable of navigating multiple business units, managing diverse priorities, and fostering effective relationships at all organizational levels.
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field.
- Extensive industry experience in Automation or specialized equipment manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and MS Office.
- A strong customer-centric approach and in-depth industry knowledge.
- Exceptional presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Relevant marketing experience is advantageous.
