Key Responsibilities:
  • Be proficient in all PWT systems, including SAP, Pioneer Direct, Microsoft Suite, Teams, Google Shared Drive, Google Earth, Kronos, and HubSpot.
  • Gather relevant data and present it to management for use in monthly reporting and auditing.
  • Understand tasks relevant to the Dealer Support Specialist role and provide back-up support.
  • Interact with the PWT Digital Marketing Team and be proactive in social media.
  • Take a lead role in all aspects of PWT's social functions coordination, along with national and state-based conference planning.
  • Gather and collate data relevant to national and regional government and local authority grants that would directly benefit sales in any given area.
  • Support account managers as required around general data entry, organizing information, and notification releases.
Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in office operating tools, including Microsoft Suite, SAP, HubSpot, and all in-house CRM systems.
  • Customer service skills, with experience in the water storage industry or steel fabrication industry desirable.
