Console Operator

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure environment, we are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Console Operators. This role involves some responsibility for site security, including closing and opening the store.

Job Summary:
As a Console Operator at Better Choice Bellevue, you will play a vital role in both providing excellent customer service and ensuring site security. Your primary responsibility will be operating the fuel sales console and delivering friendly assistance to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
- General convenience, fuel & tobacco product sales
- Operate the fuel sales console efficiently and accurately process transactions.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely, maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor the fuel station area to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers. General cleaning of store
- Upselling & cross selling complimentary products
- Lock up the store securely at the end of the day and perform security checks to safeguard the premises.
- Open the store in the morning, ensuring all systems are operational for a smooth start to the day.
- Follow established security protocols and report any suspicious activities promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

- MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHTS
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for both morning and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Presentable, motivated, honest and reliable.
- Ability to work independently & as a part of a team
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to security protocols.
- Ability to handle pressured situations, embrace challenges working in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Flexibility with your schedule, working a variety of hours across a 7 day operation from 5am - 11pm.

Pay: $32.76 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 30 per week
